Today I had the pleasure of visiting Madame Chinchilla from The Triangle & Museum in Fort Bragg, CA. Madame Chinchilla is warm and creative, and her energy is magnetic. I wanted to bring her food that was both beautiful and satisfying.
As usual, I get out all my ingredients.
You can find the full recipe for my rosemary heart rolls in my book! For these, I added flax seeds.
While they were baking, I wash & dried my strawberries and prepped my toppings.
While my rosemary heart rolls were cooling, I melted my vegan chips with a some soymilk, dipped my strawberries in chocolate, and dipped it in a topping.
While, those were setting, I built cherry tomato and basil sandwiches with the rosemary rolls.
And then I got it ready for a simple delivery.
Madame Chinchilla is an artist and lover of people, dogs, and life.
